Those "unbiased" journalists are at it again...

So much for those ridiculous claims that the lamestream media is "unbiased" in its reporting.  Most of us know this hasn't been true for years.  We just shake our heads in disgust, switch  the T.V. channel and/or cancel newspaper subscriptions.   The journalists of today are little more than card-carrying members of the Democrat/socialist parties.  They tried to hide their biases in the past, but lately it seems to be a difficult struggle for them.  We've seen this in Wisconsin, which  has become ground zero for political clashes.  In addition,  the battles being fought across the nation in efforts to defend the Constitution and freedoms that are under assault from Obama & Co. are serving to draw out the liberal lurking within many of these self-proclaimed "unbiased" journalists.    We know that most news reporters are just Democrats/socialists waiting to break free from the shackles of the "unbiased" label. They are chomping at the bit  to let their true liberal ideologies come out.

Some have succeeded.

First off,  it's been discovered that  Milwaukee's own Channel 4 (WTMJ) employs several news journalists who saw nothing wrong with signing  the "Walker Recall" petitions.  (Is anyone REALLY surprised?)   The head honchos at the station put out a statement indicating that this reprehensible behavior on the part of some of their own news staff WILL be addressed (does that mean a congratulatory pat-on-the-back party is in order?  or will heads roll?  somehow the party seems more likely...)  Keep in mind that these Channel 4  "news journalists" are the ones who work on the stories and report the news.  It is simply incredible that they found nothing wrong about signing a petition to recall the governor of the state WHILE being responsible for reporting on any and all issues surrounding the politicial happenings in Wisconsin.

Check out:

A small excerpt:  "Our reputation of being a fair and unbiased news source is of paramount importance to both TODAY'S TMJ4 and Newsradio 620 WTMJ. We expect anyone involved in the production of news to avoid situations that could compromise our integrity. We don't allow news employees to sign nomination papers for candidates, display yard signs or take part in a political campaign. However, many employees told us that they felt signing the recall petition was not a political act, but instead felt it was similar to casting a vote."

Similar to casting a vote???   Really?  How would anyone who is a journalists not know the difference between voting and public records???  My goodness.   OK, we can stop laughing now and move on to the next example:

As most in the country know, Trayvon Martin, a black teenager, was shot and killed by a man named George Zimmerman in Florida several weeks ago.  The details surrounding the shooting are still sketchy at best.  However, in its zeal to portray Mr. Zimmerman as a white Tea Party racist, the journalists ignored the facts.  They wanted to report the story one way - and one way only.  They wanted to make Zimmerman out to be a bigot who was racially profiling Martin.  (Never mind that Zimmerman is part white and hispanic himself.  Never mind the fact that Zimmerman is a registered Democrat.  Never mind that Zimmerman may have actually shot Martin during a physical altercation in which Zimmerman was injured and was trying to protect himself.)   No, the media had an agenda.  And in order to put forth the "racist" killing of Martin, they doctored the 911 call that Zimmerman made while he was pursuing Martin as part of a neighborhood watch system.

The media conveniently edited out the dispatcher's questioning of Zimmerman - resulting in  Zimmerman saying  "This guy looks like he’s up to no good. Or he’s on drugs or something. It’s raining and he’s just walking around, looking about. ...   He looks black."

Now it is coming out that when  Zimmerman said "he looks black"  he was responding to the following question posed by the 911 dispatcher:

Dispatcher:  OK, and this guy — is he black, white or Hispanic?"

And Zimmerman answers:  "He looks black."

What a cut-and-splice job done by the media to achieve a specific goal - demonizing a man without any regard for the facts - simply to create a "racist" aspect to this tragic episode.  The doctored tape was played across the country.  However, now NBC is going to "launch an investigation into its editing process" to see how this obvious change in the 911 exchange occurred!  NBC will investigate itself!  That's reassuring!

Face it.  NBC got caught.  That's their main concern.  Now they are backpedaling, as are other mainstream news outlets who played this doctored version to their ever-shrinking audiences.  They realize they need  to work on damage control as it relates to their "credibility."  (Has NBC ever been credible as of late???)

Whatever happened to the who, what, why, where, when, and how of reporting?  Sure, it's alive and well at FoxNews, but sad to say, apparently not at most other media outlets.
