The Racine County judge set to preside over the case charging a Waukesha County judge with disorderly conduct has no plans to recuse himself, the Racine Journal Times reports.

Waukesha Circuit Court Judge Linda Van De Water ran into the legal problem last month after a domestic incident in a Caledonia neighborhood in January.

Her attorney has indicated he may ask the Racine County District Attorney's office to be replaced with a special prosecutor, according to the Journal Times. A hearing is set for July 11 before Circuit Judge Gerald Ptacek.
