Hamilton lost quarterback Kameron Cerroni and a contest against one of the premier teams in the Greater Metro Conference on Friday in a 17-7 loss to Menomonee Falls.
HHS (3-1, 1-1) lost Cerroni to injury in the fourth quarter on a fake punt pass play. His status going forward was not immediately clear.
Aaron Clinton-Earl scored a touchdown, but the Chargers were unable to generate anything more despite more than 250 yards of offense.
"It seemed that both defenses had something to prove against some really high-powered offenses," said Charger coach John Damato. "It's such a great rivalry and was really a four-quarter game."
